Looking good and feeling better!!!

Some people just enter the room and all the heads turn to look at them, they seem to dress effortlessly, look confident and healthy. Sometimes it makes you wonder that how could they do it , maybe they have tons of money , a personal shopper ( yes it does help ) or some are just  born that way …

Trust me most of the time they are just following some basic rules –

  1. Dress for yourself – To do that you have to know what looks good on you and what doesn’t.  You should be wearing something that makes you feel happy but that doesn’t mean that you are not considerate about the situation or people you are going to meet (like wearing running shoes to job interview or wearing something pretty drastic when going to meet your grandma in a small town). When you are dressed right for the occasion and audience, it boosts your confidence and asserts the feeling that you can dress right.
  2. Decide what to wear – what you want to wear requires some planning and it you can avoid last minute stress. Decide on few looks that looks good on you so you don’t waste time experimenting when in hurry..
  3. Dress according to your personality – Dress according to what you think you are, not what others want to see you as. Don’t obsess over “if I am good enough’ dressing according to your personality oozes the self confidence that even inspires others.
  4. Reality check – Looking good doesn’t mean that you have to hurt your body, I truly believe that looking good is all about feeling good too. When you can do that you will be less stressed out and will have more energy and strength to deal with other things that life throws at you.

Looking amazing doesn’t have to make you unhappy, uncomfortable and stressed out, get a reality check and review your fashion choices (aim to have your own style) to make changes that will lead to a happier, stylish and healthier you.
